Founded in Victoria, BC, Victoria’s Youth Musical Outreach is dedicated to bridging the gap between generations through the universal language of music. Our mission is to connect seniors with talented young musicians by performing familiar songs from their youth, along with classic tunes that residents know and love. By sharing music that brings back cherished memories, we aim to foster meaningful connections and create an environment where both youth and seniors can enjoy the joy of live performance. Whether it’s a nostalgic melody from the 50s or a well-loved ballad, our goal is to bring happiness and companionship through live music in local senior care facilities. This initiative also gives teens the opportunity to earn volunteer hours while making a positive impact on the community.
